I am starting my own guild.
For years now, I have been frustrated by arbitrary, leader decided loot distribution. I have always been a supporter of point based loot distro, and wished Hoss would go that route. Well, now I am taking matters into my own hands.
I know what you may be thinking. Guilds need much more than fair loot distro to be successful. Well, let me just assure you that I know every encounter hoss has ever defeated thoroughly, as I have been a major contributer to many of hoss's strategies. I am very familiar with the mechanics of this game, and I will lead you to victory.
Lastly, my guild will be what many of you have been waiting for-- a TRUE hardcore uber guild that deguilds the dead weight and AFK slackers. Only Druzzil's finest need apply.
